Welcome to Kick & Scream, a forum where you can vent a little steam about the things that really get on your wick. We are primarily here so that people can tell their stories about bad customer service and reveal to everyone what big companies are getting away with every day. So, if you have just had a poor time at the hands of a big (or small) company, write about it in our forums and turn the tables on them!

We started these forums when we had a bad experience with Lloyds TSB Insurance. It seemed that we could be treated as badly as they wanted and there was nothing we could do. Oh no, not in 2008 with the people power of the Internet; it is time to call them to book. We hope the bad apples will read the comments and change their ways.

In addition to bad customer experience stories we are also collecting good ones so we can find out which companies are giving good service.
